If you have a personal question that you would like to ask but don't want to author it under your member name, use our Group Therapy feature. All Group Therapies post anonymously.

1. Create a PopSugar Account or login to your account.
2. Just visit the Group Therapy group on the TresSugar Community Page.
3. Click on New Post in the black bar at the top.
4. Create your post including uploading images, if you want.
5. The Rich Text Editor bar across the top will allow you easy customization of each post.
6. Choose your Advanced Options including categories, tags, and publishing options.
7. Be sure the correct group is selected in the drop down and click Create Post.

You do not need to join this group to post anonymous content.
